I had purchased Vodafone Netcruise Data Card on 11/05/2012 from Reliance Digital thru Vodafone rep. He has promised that speed will be upto 3.1 MBPS and free 3G Sim. Never ever got even 1.5 MBPS speed. Wrote mails to Customer Care and not even responded. Even 3G Sim is not able to insert in the mobile. Which Vodafone rep told me he is getting new 3G Sim and he will replace. Since 1 1/2 month nothing was happend. Same story he is telling once he will get 3G Sim he will replace. Requesting concern staff to resolve the issue.
