Dear Sir,
I have lodge the complaint for the sound problem occure in my new Videocon LCD TV brought in Feb 2011. while lodging the complaint executive did not ask about problem and said Enggineers will come.
waiting for them to call me as i have brought this TV with lots of efforts.
