Hello sir/madam, I buy Brand new Laptop of Acer company model Aspire 4752z on 10-05-12, After purchasing I found that sound of my laptop is below standard and poor to listen, After as per company”s saying it has built in Dolby digital Audio and virtual surround sound. So i log a complaint to acer With case ID-051412-407 on 15.05.12. After complaint longing i visited 3 to 4 times to there local service center at bhopal. Initially they were agree on that point that my laptop has sound issue and they will send it to there Bangalore office for testing and observation and i were agree on that point, But suddenly after some days they change there opinion and tell me that the audio which is coming to my laptop is fine and that particular model will give only that level of sound & they close my complaint without give me proper solution & also without my acceptance.
