Sub :Touch Pad Damaged(Sony XperiaU) Ticket ID No. 93632398.
I have submitted my Mobile Sony Xperia U on SAP Mobile Service Centre on 13th August 2012 due to which my Touch Pad got damaged as it slipped from my hand. They told me they will charge Rs. 3500.00 approx as it is physical damaged. I agreed for the same. From Last 2 and Half month I following with the Service centre people regarding the same. Whenever I can them, they will give me surety that it will get done by 7 working days, but it never get done.
At last I Spoked to Mr.Anuj Senior Repair Deparment on 5th October 2012, he insured me that 100% within seven days your problem will get resolved.When I called him on 12th October 2012, he replied me that It will not get done here, you collect you damaged mobile from SAP Service Centre and handover the Authorised Sony Service Centre, for giving this reply they have taken 3 month, which is not at all correct.
I Kindly request to put the complaint against Sony Ericcson for wasting my time and because of their poor service.
I hope you will consider and do the needful.
