I had purchased a Sony LCD TV on 14-7-12 which has become dead on 3-8-12. I lodged complain on 4-8-12. Complain No. 10868085. Their Technician came on 6-8-12 and said that Panel Board is defective and will be replaced by a day or two. But on very next day they have changed their mind and told me that they will take away the TV Set for experiment, and in how many days it will complete, they can’t say. That may take 2 days or 20 days. Sir, I have not purchased the set for their experiment. I have told them either repair the Set at my house of Replace by a new one. Today, on 9-8-12 I again contacted with their Kolkata Service Centre and told them that Repair the Set at my house or Replace by new one. They are absolutely silent. Sir, now I want either a New Set or want my money back.
