I have purchased a Sony home theater Model No. DZ640K Dated: 12/01/2012 from Hardwar.
From the very initial there was problem in front speaker and I have already replaced three times,
I have talked to toll free no and requested to change whole set, according to them they have forwarded the complain to higher authority. (Complain no. 10781808) but till now no response.
Sir, same reflection from your Dehradoon service center.
