Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Sony Blue ray 3D player model BDP-S480 on 26-May-2012 and due to internal problem it was not working, and made a complaint on customer care on 06-May-2012 and they promised me that they will replace with new player or give money back.
Since last two months I am regularly following with customer care about my issue, but they are not responding and always giving excuse as it is still under manager approval process
