Dear Sir,
Yesterday I received an item from Amazon which I had not ordered. When I contacted amazon customer care they denied to tell me about the person who send it to me.
There is not personal security in india. I think it is against human rights that you can send inappropriate things to someone without his consent and the other person has no right to deny it.
This is what happened with me.
I received an inappropriate product which I will never want to order.
