Dear sir/Madam,
i am srinivas from kadapa, i purchased a hydralic excavator from Sriram tranport finance company ltd and i paid arround Rs 18 lacks and Rs 13.20 lacks as a down payment, one fine day they seazed my vehicle with out any notice/information and sent a notice to me to pay of Rs 65 lacks after 2 years of seazing of my vehicle.they soldout my vehicle with a throwaway price (i.e scrap price) that also with out my knoldge, what can i do in this issue and where to register a complaint againest the company please guide me regarding this issue.
