Sir, Crossroads team has sold car service package to me with the promise that they will get my car serviced at Krish motors ( authorised Maruti service centre ) on 2nd May 2018 and for same I made the online payment, but even after 3 days I haven’t got call from Kish motors or from crossroad that I started follow up and found that crossroads don’t have any tie up with Krish motors. Later after registering my complaints to number of persons in Crossroads, they accept that this a mistake and asked me to drop a mail for refund.
I mailed them on 5th may2018 and since than I am following up with the crossroad but they are not responding to my refund request.
I have sufficient number of voice recording for the way they are ignoring my request and harassing me.
