I had purchased a Black Berry mobile from Times readers offer, The instrument was working fine until after four months i had a network issue, i took it to an official Black berry repair shop, there the provider said that it is a Verizon refurnished mobile they will not repair it, i had requested to times offer to replace it it is now more than 15 days that there is no response. i have been cheated by Times of India, i had paid Rs. 10,000 for that refurnished instrument i seek help.
