I bought a Fridge (Videocon) through Flipkart online mega store dated 17/05/2012 and the next day I found this fridge defective and out of order.
The 3rd day, I complaint and got someone Technician at my home after 10 days of complaint. Technician came and told me that there are multiple problems in the Fridge and it needs to be replace by a new one. Since then I have been trying to get it replaced but not found anyone interested to do that.
Every day I give a call to the FlipKart customer care and I listen only one thing that someone will get back to me soon by tomorrow. I know tomorrow never comes.
It is now a month and I have the same defective Fridge with me. I wait for a call everyday from FlipKart, Videocon etc but never receive a single call from them.
The worst service, I have experienced with FLIPKART and worst Fridge of Videocon. They have given me second hand / used refrigerator and have charged for new brand fridge.

I will definitely do something worst with Flipkart as they are doing with the customers. I met few more peoples who have experienced the same thing like me with flipkart. All of them says that they sell used things at new price. They never exchange and no warranty.
Please contact immediately if anyone can help me in taking action agianst flipkart.
