I purchased a Tissot watch on 8Jan2013 from Ethos studios, MBD Mall ludhiana. Hands of this watch were not indicating exact mark. i took it back to them within 4 days. They sent it to c.care for analysis. After 15-20 days watch came back and they called me to collect the watch and said they have removed the variations.I went to collect the watch but when i observed it, variations were there. I complained about it and they sent it again to c.care. Now the watch is again back and the defect exists. Neither they are replacing it nor repairing.
