I placed an order for Philips grooming kit, Order # 790686166 exactly 2 week back (Nov 16), they sent me an USED kit and picked it up later for a replacement on complaining.
Its been 14 days and I always get a generic canned compose mail “wait 48-72 hours”. If I call them , its a generic statement they give “I am extremely sorry, wait for 48-72 hours”. And, the response of SnapDeal here in MOUTHSHUT is also same.
If I write/call frequently, they simply skip replying me.
I waited for many “48-72 hours” and am still waiting to pass a new phase of 48-72 hours”.
