I have ordered the Roti Maker via Snapdeal using online transaction on first week of July. I got message that it will be get delivered by 6th of July. I didn’t receive. After a day delay, I called Snapdeal customer care and still calling them since week’s time then, but I get a same answer that we are investigating it and will get back to you in some day. But they never called back. Now I have asked to refund my money but they are not.
Their courier company miss-shipped this product and I’m bearing the delay and expenses.
This feels like frustrating as well as cheating to me.
Please advice and assist.
