Name of company/service: BSNL Prepaid
I have taken a new prepaid connection under the scheme in which there will be no charges for calling on the landline.
15 days back i took the Sim and after that my problems started. Firstly i was being charged when i registered compaint with CMD BSNL my service was started but i am not able to send sms from the very first day. I have even registered compaint(Refrence number- 4439901) which is now 8 days old and still remains unsolved. Whenever i call Customer care they tell me to wait as my complaint is under review..
I don’t know what to do..I even have met with GM Mp circle and have even Contacted CMD BSNL..I have written Email to TRAi also for the same.Bsnl had already deducted 13rupees for sms service and i am not getting the service
Can anything can be done for it.. Or should i give back my sim card to BSNL
