I have bought hyundai verna – DL 3C BV 6382 , on 21 jan 2012 – but on 9 -june -2012 , i have faced a problem of SMART KEY NOT DETECTED – due to which car wasn’t able to start , bein with family tht to in afternoon with 47 degree celsies – we were compltly drained and soaked in the sun stroke , between this i raised a complained to hyundai road side assistance – they have given me the no 32942 – and asked me to wait for an hour to get it rectified but its been now more than 2 hr i havn’t received a single call and help from ,. this is complete negligance and harrasment for a customer , who spent 12 lacs on new vehicle – he is standing as there is no option of STARTING THE CAR WITH KEY – like other company does whose is having same feature – example chevrolet cruze where we can start the car with key as well .
so this problem of not able to start the car with key very serious – as this can lead to various serious health problem or other problem if anyone faces in the middle of the road in midnight or anywhere else.
kindly present this problem as on prior basis that car with Start stop buttton doesnt have key entry function.
