Sir it really hurt the customer when your senior customer care executives comits the irresponsible statements and play with customers feeling and repeatedly make such talks to irritate and harsh the customer and major part of his miss behave is all junior and senior officer talling lie with custmer and try to make full i am very said for this and many times my money has been cut without any resion
