SIM deactivated and denied any further assistance

Sir/Madam, I am a reliance user and it’s being about a month that I am using reliance network. Few days back, I recharged my cell with 10 Rs balance and a 69 Rs night calling STD pack. But since then my SIM got deactivated. When I tried contacting reliance customer care number, A recording start to play saying ” this facility is not available in your mobile, please contact customer care”. Then I e mailed at reliance customer care mail id. They told me to submit all details to reliance web world nearest to me. I submitted all details as per requirement. In reliance web world incharge told me that your SIM will be reactivated in next 24 hrs. But its 7 days hence, and my SIM is still not working. I tried contacting through mail again but they give me no assistance. So, I went to reliance web center again. Even there they denied to assist me and to help me further. Kindly help me in this regard. I have lost my 100 Rs petrol and my monthly pack is going to expire soon.
