shreya developwell not returned the booking amount of rs four lakh nor the plot at ghaziabadd ur

Dear sir
I had deposited Rs 4 lakh with shreya developwell at Gaziabad in APRIL 2006 for booking of 2 -plots . till date the builder has neither returned my money nor allote any land. i am having the receipts of paid amount. whenever we have approached the builder he has shown his inability stating that land had not received from the villagers.
Several times asked to cancel my booking and return our money . till date no refund only assurance in thin air.
