Sir/Mam,
I buy a earlead for samsung mobile from shopclues.com on 20 april 2012. my order no. is 1037867.
But i found them defective and gave it back to them for replacing the earlead. But after a month they told me that they are not able to give me the earlead so they are refunding my money. But they are fooling me because sometime they says that we are refunding your money in 2 days but they did not give. They even didnt rply sometimes.Price of earlead is 245rs. Please help me they are fooling me from the day i purchased it. please help
