I have purchased Windows 10 Pro Genuine (Professional 32/64 Bit) Lifetime Digital License Product Key – Instant E-Mail Delivery on 23/10/2020 but the key never sent to me . Within 10 minutes of purchase I wrote mail to the customer service of Shop clues , the fraud company but they only sent me lots of fake machine generated mail only but not refunded my amount. I have wrote them several times but now they closed the claim by writing resolved with customer and the item withdrawn from their shopping cart. I have also noticed that this is their new way of cheating the customer as they cheat several customers in this way. Please do something . Amount involved only Rs.300/-. They cheat only small amount.
