Shopclues.com & Bluedart

I have purchased a Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 Flip Cover from Shopclues.com but it is still not delivered. I have complaint for the same with the complaint number (874233)on Friday (13-06-2014) and I was assured by Shopclues.com that they will be delivering to me by 16/6/14 but still not received the same inspite of numerous follow ups. Every time they are saying sorry we will be delivery today or tomorrow, I think they are making the excuses which results in damaged my cell phone which should be covered at your end as they are requesting more 2 days which i cannot accept.

Shopclues had given the BLUEDART courier awb#69127864175 dt.09/06/14 (copy attached for your reference) as per the tracking report the updation is not done after 09/06/14 & I called Customer Care to track this shipment to Bluedart also but there is no updation provided by them which is poor service providing to the customer.

Please look into this matter and do the needful today itself. thank you for your prompt action.
