Name of company/service: Dakshin Honda
My car had gone for a service and its now 4 weeks and counting.
There is poor communication with the service head and us (customer).
Reason for delay is for non available of part for which it is taking so much days.
Due to the lack of communication or proper planning, we have been let down very badly.
Promised time scale was 4days service.
I as a builder run around hiring a taxi paying high bills there, inconvenience caused to me and my family and weekends.
I am requesting to kindly take action on them to interact with the customer and see what best can be sorted. I am seeking for compensation as i have been through a real stress which affected my business and my person life.
IT IS SAD.
