Shipped used old shoes

Hi my friend Mr jayaram has ordered Adidas shoes from mob 9844278895.. but they cheated ..they are cunning peoples. Packed & delivered old used shoes… immediately we have complained about same to customer service center… but there is no use… they people doing some investigation since 15 days.. Amazon is the worst customer service in India, they came to India just grab again passt independence…
