Shipment showing delivered but not reach to the right address.

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Fed ex courier services

I have sent a courier on 31/05/2013 and on their traking portel it shows it got delivered on 4/06/2013.Mt tracking no is
802769975948.But it did not reach to the mentioned address.This courier contains medicine for my dad who recetly got operated in AIIMS.I am repeatedly flowing then but I am not getting the positive reply .Need help to solve this issue.
