Name of company/service: Flowers To Gurgaon
I have ordered a bouquet online for an occassion of birthday.
There I have clearly mentioned that the shipment has to be delivered on 09th May 2011 after 11 P.M.
That shipment is not delivered and now the company is not picking my phone calls. Please take the action as I want my money back.
In the attached document, I have removed the shipping address and name of the person, to maintain the privacy.
