Let me tell you a new ‘JOKE’ created by TITAN EYE whose CEO had been judged 4th best in India and you would know why & how?
At the first stage in October, 2011 they flatly refused to do anything regarding my lenses which developed huge scratches within 2 months. Now, after I started all these email campaign, they called me and told me that as per their examination of the lenses ‘THEY COULD REPLACE ONLY LEFT SIDE LENSE AS IT COMES UNDER WARANTEE BUT NOT THE RIGHT SIDE ONE AS IT DOES NOT COME UNDER WARANTEE. HOWEVER, THEY OFFERED ME DISCOUNT IN BUYING RIGHT SIDE LENSE.
I request you to kindly continue your gesture of help and spread this ‘JOKE’ to everyone you know so that they could have a hearty laugh and if RATAN TATA receives this joke could bang his head on TITAN EYE company’s wall.
