I Paromita Das ordered a VOX+507 – touch screen multimedia mobile with Bluetooth (order no. 3558940), cost Rs. 2999+299 (Freight Charges).This is second time I am complaining to consumer forum about Naaptol for the same product for the same reason. Even after replacing the first Defective product they again gave the defective product with same defects in it.
After complaining first time in consumer forum they called me but I missed that call. I called at their service centre and asked them for call back in 9804463863 I will surely be there. The guy other side told me that I will get the call within 48 hrs. But till now they haven’t called up.
I want my Bluetooth (which they haven’t gave), headphone (which is not working)& charger (which is also not working).
I have purchased the product in March but till now I am not able to use it.
If they cannot then please return my cash. Shame on Naaptol for giving such services to their customers.
