After ordering my order no-914918769 on 1 Aug’2012 a Samsung LED TV
At the address of Nagaon Guwahati Pin no-782001. Amount had been paid than and than only throw internet banking.
It was mentioned their that product will dispatch to me in 8-9 working days.
after 5 days was passed I call to call center about my dispatch, they said to me to wait till 8-9 days as it was written in their policy.
I waited long and on the 7thAug I got a call at evening after 6pm, their they told “ the product is unable to dispatch at your address because we don’t have facility”
It was totally lie. In guwahati there is many Reported Couriers are their FIRSTFLITE, BLUEDART, DHL And mor.
But I am saying here that If Company unable to dispatch at my PIN-782001 than why a order was placed?
Before my Order was cancel or Date of Dispatch agreement will be pass (i.e 9th working day) than and than I call to call-center on same day 7th Aug night and provide the alternate TWO address.

And today 8th Aug’2012 I call to callcenter to know the status of my product.
Than Mr.sumesh Ware (Supervisor) told that the product is out of stock and your order was canceled on 8thAug’2012 And your amount will be return within 10 days.
Company had kept my Amount 15437 10 days and more will keep for coming 10 days.
Now I am saying here that how accompany cancel my order without a dispatch date was passed and also without any Intimidation to me by mail or call?
Also I want to know who will pay the Interest for 10 days passed with plus coming 10 days on my Amount Rs.15437?
I AM THINKING THAT IF THIS WAY COMPANY IS UTILISING CUSTOMER MONEY THAN SOON COMPANY HAVE TO COME WTH LOCK AND KEY
