I booked a TV worth of 12500 Rs. on 31-May-2012, I was told that the item would be reached with in 7 to 10 working days. After 10 days, I received a mail that due to non availability of the item, they could not dispatch the item and I can either wait till I received the item or I can cancell the order and the amount will be refunded. After I cancelled the order, they charged 500Rs. In this I had to wait 10 days and finaly lose 500 Rs also
