First I booked a compaint on 22 June 2018 then setupbox is replaced with new one and I paid the technician 400 for setup box and 210 for visiting charge. After 2 days again setup box goes faulty. Then again I filed a complaint they again replace the setup box and it’s work only for one day. Then again I filed a compaint on 9 july 2018. Technician comes and replace the setup box 3rd time and went off by saying that after 2 hours it will be start. But nothing happened. Next I called to customer care again dish TV senior supervisor told me that within 24 hrs your problem will be solved. But till now setup box is not working. In 20 days I have called to customer care approximately 30 times but still result is zero. I am not able to watch TV from last 20 days. I want the strict action to be taken against dish tv.
