Name of company/service: IFB / Jet Service
I have an IFB Washing machine, I have a service contract with IFB’ Service Franchisee. On the 10/07/2012 I registered a complain that my washing machine is out of order and I require a technician to service the washing machine on priority. Complain No. 9185387, but till date no one has visited or even called to check the status of the complaint. I have been making atleast 3 calls every day, and am promised visit by technician on priority every time. Now it is 6 days since I have placed my complain any yet only promises.
Kindly advise what I need to do so that immediate action will be taken against the company and the service franchisee.
