Servicing and Replacing of Dameged Parts of Washing Machine

I Purchased a Washing Machine on 25/05/2011 with warranty Periods of 2 Years from the date of purchase.This Product began to occure Starting and Timer Problem.I have informed the dealer about that problem,but no action has been taken by Service Centre/Product dealer till today.
