Name of company/service: Tatasky
I have been taken Tatasky connection one and half year back and using the services under the subscriber ID 1043287323..under south mega pack. On march 9th I have recharged the account for 880/- for subscriber id 1043287323 and got the message on mobile that recharge is happened.
Next day I got the message that you need to recharge the a/c and deactivated the connection. I have called 15 times your useless outsourced customer service, who doesn’t listen to customer and understand the problem and made me to do the all the technical stuff around night 10.00p.m by removing all the connections and re plug the entire thing and still problem is not resolved and used to disconnect the call.
On 16th March again I have spoken to them and after all the painful conservation agreed to send the Technician to the home and found that I have another subscriber id “1071256463” and spoke to one of your manager Mr Mansoor, whose contact #9866399117, who has promised to resolve the problem in 12hrs and disconnected the call and till now no response from him and all my trials gone in vain and sent sms to him asking him to sms one responsible person number, who can resolve the problem but no response from him..
“I HAVE TOLD THEM THAT I WILL APPROACH CONSUMER COURT IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED BUT THEY ARE NOT AT ALL BOTHERED”.
Technician who had come asked to me to recharge on 107…a/c and when I asked him about what about the 880/- which is recharged on 104…a/c, he have no idea..Later told me that we cannot do anything and you need to go the dealer to transfer the funds. I went to the dealer “Hello Communications” at Maithrivanam and informed him and also sent message to him on 8143472353 for the transfer of funds, it is almost 8 days now nothing happened and they have debited already 100/- even though I am not using the services
Hope you guys will wake up now and resolve my issue…Promise me I never use your services again in my life time.
