hi
I bought idea SIM (+91-7890950328) one month before. Services to this number has been barred as customer serive are saying that my SIM is not register with my name even i have submitted right document.
I submitted documents twice but till now service has not been started.
I am suffering this since 10 days. I have talked Customer serive so many times but they did not respond.
shop person from whom i bought the SIM , are saying that they have submitted the documents.

Please provide needful.
