Services Gauranteed but not Provided

Name of company/service: Elex Power & Security solution

This company gave me the gauranntee for 24 months on my CCTV Cameras installed in my store but even after several calls this company not providing the services. Also they have to set up my static IP with the internet after i get my static IP from MTNL but they are not sending their executive.
