Hi,
I have planned to go to GOA 16th December,2012. So I booked ticket for the day 17th December,2012 to 19th December, 2012. Suddenly in mid of November , I have opened the hotel booking coupon, I was really shocked. The date it is showing 17th October,2012. So I raised a complain to MakemyTrip saying that it is mistake from your side, So please refund my money or postponed the travel to original date. But they refused.
So please help me on this. I have paid Rs. 10000. It is a huge money for me.
