Name of company/service: Whirlpool
We bought a Whirlpool 7 KG Sports Washing machine in October 2010 with a 2 year warranty. Over the last 2 years we have had over 15 service complaints registered with the company for various issues with the washing machine. Each time customer care would take over 5 days to even respond to our complaint.
Recently, the washing machine stopped working completely. After registering the complaint on 22 June 2012 we have had no response from the company, despite multiple calls to the customer care number.
Now, almost a month after the original complaint was registered, we are now exploring pursuing this legally through the consumer forum.
Any advice on how we can get the company to respond?
