Dear Sir,
We had purchased a water purifier from eureka forbes(Aquagauard). After one year we took service contract for which we paid Rs 2200/-. Now at present our purifier isnt working properly,in last one month we had given many calls to coustomer care but they are not rsponding properly. Many times they give wrong compliant nos and next time when we say to trace our complaint they says we your complaint no doesnt exist. Their executive visit and gives excuses but doesnt make our machine working properly. each time one hour later their visit our machines stops to work.
Kindly help us to solve the problem
