hello sir,
i am having cellphone named motorola DEFY model number:-MB525.the phone was having problem with auto restart as the phone didn’t start if i click LOCK and UNLOCK switch, for this problem i gave phone to the service center at jodhpur named LOVELY ENTERPRISES c/o REDINGTON INDIA PVT. LTD authorized dealer of motorola service center.as after one week given time by service center i visit them to collect my phone back but they lost the lock and unlock key and blamed me that there was no lock and unlock key.My phone is in warranty period i purchased it from jaipur K.D electronics on 20/09/11.i m providing you the IMEI no:-354708040309940 and also the job sheet no given by service center jodhpur ..JOB SHEET no:-1777.
So hereby i have kind request to you sir that please provide me my phone in well condition i will be grateful to you its being since 25-30 days i am trying to resolve on my basis but i failed i had also conversation with moto customer care but they are telling me that your complaint is forwarded to higher priority.resolve the problem as soon as possible.
