My name is Harika. I have requested for setup box upgrade on 23rd oct and request has been registered but haven’t received any confirmation. I called them back again on 25th Oct, they told engineer has been assigned on 26th afternoon at 1:30pm. I haven’t received any update on that. I called on 26th Oct since I haven’t received confirmation, they told job will be done at 5pm. Again I haven’t received call from engineering. I have made several calls to customer services but no proper responses or initiatives from them to get the job done which was a paid service. Iam really disappointed with the delay and also poor responsibility of engineering. My time, energy has been wasted. I stopped all my work to get the job done by airtel services. All I have got at the end is left me in hold calls, no call backs, no confirmation calls, no services from the airtel dth services. I want action to be taken on airtel dth service for their poor service.
