have a applied for beam telecom internet connection on 13th May, 2012 and i was told with in 12 days connection will be installed post that there was no response for the follow ups which were made finally on 27th may 2012 was able to speak to customer care if i dont receive the connection by 31st may i need my refund till now i haven’t received my refund every time i calls them to check the status of my refund they say it will take more 15 days for the refund
