I am a user of tatasky. few days ago my Tata sky setoff box is not working so I call tatasky helpline. at first time they said company’s man visit to my home and solve ur problem.I wait 2 day but no one came then I again call and complained and take next day appointment but still no one came to solve my issue.at this way I gave 5 complaints to tatasky still no one solve my problem.the company has policy like when their customer have any issue related tata sky service and complaint to service centre then that issue is solved within 24 hr.but still my issues is not resolved and the time limit is also over so my complaint is that company cheating me as what they said in their advertisement not follows that thing.from last week I gave complaint to tatasky company and no response from them.also I call them lot of time.so take my complaint as why company is not taken my problem seriously and also the company cheating me so I want strict action on company……please help me. my tatasky subscriber id is :1010737300. subscriber name:suhas londhe
