I got a free service card from LG for my window ac in march 2011 they took my ac for 3 days they filled the gas but leakage was not stopped and even my ac was damaged.I called them to repair/change it many times but no action was taken.This year again my ac is not working i registered a complaint(ref. no.RNA120503024344) on 3may 2011 and even ready to pay again, remind them for this 4-5 times a day but the only answer i got is “sorry mam it will be done soon” even after 1 month 3 days.
