SERVICE ISSUE- SONY INDIA

I am Sony loyal customer since last 3 yrs. I register my complaint -10783088 to customer care for my sony LCD TV 26T400a for some issue in BT card.
And sony service engineer said that, BT main card to be replaced which around Rs 8 k if available in stock since this model is closed by company, then I said OK, go for it.
And after 3-4 days , now ur service team(NR electronics, Ghaziabad, delhi) told me that, new BT card not supporting TV panel so Panel also to be replaced which costRs 9k, even panel is working earlier. There is not physical damage.

It means total estimate is Rs 18 K. I have issue that if this model not in production,then it sony responsibility to provide service and full support to the customer, because the new sony 26” TV in market cost Rs 22k.

I am not going to bear this estimate of Rs 18 K
