I had purchased a 1.50 T Split AC Sugoi Model from Mahajan Electronics, Raja Garden in the month of April. Since then I am continuously using the AC, now the routine first free service is due. I called up the customer service to book appointment on 2nd July vide request no. 12070200322. and was informed that the same would be attended within next 48 hours. This did not happen and therefater I kept on calling them and sought to speak to their senior officer, but not allowed. I made a written complaint on their mail and in response received a reply that it would be looked into. Till date nobody has ever bothered to call me for an appointment. I would like to seek compensation from the Company for the harrasment so that anyone including myself did not have to undergo through such apathy again.
