My outgoing has been barred saying my outstanding is pending on some other number (8861301108) which I was using before.
It is a clear case of confusion as I had sorted this out after talking to their zonal officer long back but still it shows pending on my name. I requested them to cross check details of my other number and activate my current number as soon as possible but no results. I don’t have details of cancellation with me now as I had disconnected it almost 8 months back.
Moreover, there executives don’t have etiquettes to talk to customers.
