Hi,

I ordered an online rakhi to be delivered in Kolkata on a kolkata based portal called “http://www.kolkataonlineflorists.com” which promised same day delivery and hence charged a very high premium as well. Even though I placed the order 3 days before the rakshabandhan, they havent delivered it yet, and simply not picking up the phone “+91 9230765100”.

This is clearly a fraud. Kindly help me in this regard.
