Service center mishandling

Location/place: Varanasi,BHU

Name of company/service: HP

I brought a hp laptop( pavilion dv6 model) in April 2011, within a year,my laptop had the heat sink problem and I was advised by service center, Intarvo technologies ltd (HP authorized)to deposit it,on delivery,i found my display disrupted and waves passing through the led(the service engineer admitted of leaving the wire loose).I again deposited it but yet the problem persisted and since one month service period was over i was told it will be repaired if i pay the required amount.I complained to the customer support but to no avail,they rejected saying the service engineer denied the accusation.
my question is,why should i pay for their mistake??I’m a M.Sc student and badly suffering due to this mistake.please help me.
